You can view the catalogue of our jewellery products and place your internet orders only after registering on the website.
After the verification of the data sent to us in the registration form, we will send your login and password to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Please enter your login and password in the Sign in section of the website.
The Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection Policy, described in the Privacy Policy section of our website, shall apply to all personal data or materials sent to us.
Please note that we do not sell retail.
People with access to the jewellery catalogue can place orders through the website.
In order to add a selected model to your basket, you need to specify the product’s attributes, such as: quantity, colour, size, etc. If a model does not offer the option of selecting a specific attribute, e.g. if you can’t select a specific colour such as cherry-red, this means that the model is not manufactured in that colour.
We are a jewellery manufacturer and our designs can be ordered in specific minimum quantities, depending on the product.
The minimum order value is PLN 4000 (EUR 900 or USD 1200).
Sterling silver products are offered in two pricing versions: rhodium-treated or untreated. Please, select the option you are interested in.
The order execution time depends on a number of factors, among them the size of the order. As a standard, we use 4- to 5-week execution time. During that time we will stay in touch with you – by e-mail or telephone – to let you know in case of a delivery date being re-scheduled for independent reasons.
On request we will enclose a certificate with each piece of our jewellery.
The prices on our website are quoted net of VAT. For Polish customers and for EU customers without an European VAT identification number, 22% tax on goods and services shall be added to the net price. In compliance with the existing law, all sales other than the are not subject to tax, i.e. net prices will apply.
The price accepted is the price as at the order placement date.
The customer can change the currency from the Polish zloty to the euro or the US dollar. Prices will be recalculated automatically, at the mid-rate for the selected currency quoted by the National Bank of Poland on a given day. Prices in foreign currencies depend on the current rate of exchange.
Our prices for gold rings are quoted for a specific size. If you order smaller or larger sizes, the price will change, i.e. it will be reduced or increased, proportionately to the size. For the purpose of ordering, we agree on the price as for the size specified in the example provided. The price will be adjusted accordingly and the final price will be determined at the point of issuing the invoice.
For some designs The price of an item depends on the size of the amber stone. The information about the maximum price, provided in the item’s description, means that the price of the design shown will not exceed the maximum price. The price may be adjusted downwards, depending on the size of the stone. We determine our prices on the basis of the criteria of labour and material inputs.
New customers who wish to place an order with us, are kindly asked to make an advance payment of 30% of the order value.
When the order is ready to ship, the package will be sent to the address indicated by the customer after we have received payment in full, based on a pro-forma invoice.
We will notify you about shipment by e-mail.
The jewellery will be sent to you by a courier service of your choice. Most often our customers select UPS, however, you can select any courier company you wish. For security reasons and because of the option of parcel tracking, we do not recommend to you the services of the national Polish operator (Poczta Polska)
