New Amber Collection limits gathering and use of customer information to the necessary minimum required to provide our customers with the best quality service which includes, among other things, information to our customers about the products and services on offer and order execution.

User information, such as e-mail addresses or personal and address data, shall not be released to third parties unless prior express consent has been given by the User or if the data have to be disclosed under the existing laws. User information shall be primarily used for the execution of our obligations towards the customer, including, among other things, order deliveries and the distribution of information customers have subscribed to.

Customer contact data will also be used to contact the customers when necessary (e.g. when there’s a need to confirm an order). Users may decide to opt out from our e-mail service (if so, please, send an e-mail about it to nac@nac.pl).

New Amber Collection does not monitor or verify the data on the age of the public visiting the website.
Persons under age should not send out any information, place any order or subscribe to any services offered on our website without the knowledge of their parents or legal guardians.

We undertake to protect any information disclosed to us by customers, in line with security and confidentiality standards. Rights to access the personal data of service users have been strictly restricted, so that the information does not fall into hands of unauthorized persons.

Only a limited number of authorized employees of New Amber Collection have access to the personal and address data, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 3 June 1998 (Journal of Laws No. 80, item 521).
